Insecurity is a "little you", not an enemy:
Try to imagine a little you. Your being tucked into the safety of your bed, a plush blanket envelops you from head to toe, and you coze down into the gentle darkness. When suddenly--little you is disturbed by a booming voice. Who's blaming little you, torturing with harsh critic, ridiculous accusations, insulting you.
How does little you feel? Does she tuck herself further under the blankets? Does he feel guilty? Afraid? Angry? Confused?
